I had an account at the bank for more than 20 years in good standing. I wanted to make some minor changes to my account so i went in to the bank. I was required to stand in line for half an hour to get to a teller to tell them what I wanted. I needed an appointment so I was put into another line to wait to make an appointment that was booked for a month later. They then sent me a list a page long of all the documents I was to bring to the appointment!

Jeff focused on what I wanted to do. Asked pertinent questions about my situation and explained what he could do. A few days later he came up with a solution that fit my needs. Long before the appointment that the bank booked - the new deal was closed and in place!

We had been turned down by our bank of 20+ years, and told we had no options. Thank fully we found BMC MORTGAGES website and spoke with Jeff. He was extremely patient and understanding to our situation. Jeff gave us a few different options and made sure we understood how the process would work. After spending sixty years on the highway, I had to quit driving for a living. The economy up here is not real good right now, so I went to BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton to see what they could do to help me. They explained what they could do for me, and let me make my own decision about whether or not I wanted to go with them, and I did. They helped me out quite a bit. They were very straightforward and told me just what they could do to help me out.
They were knowledgeable and professional, and they worked with me very well. I was quite happy with the way they treated me, and they did not discourage me from what I wanted to do. They lined up everything we needed, and I was quite satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

This was my first time to use BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton They completed the whole process in a reasonably quick manner. They were very nice and easy to work with, and they took the time to explain all the red tape type issues to me very well. They stayed true and in the ballpark on all their estimates of interest rates and fees to me. So, my overall experience with BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton was very good!

They disclosed all the fees and costs to me up front, and they stayed true to what they originally set out for my loan. They explained everything so that I could understand. When I called them, they always answered the phone and always answered my questions. What they promised, they delivered. It was a good experience.

We were in the process of losing our home. I contacted Jeff with BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton. He came out to our house every day and treated us like we were a part of the family. He made you feel good when everything wasn't good. He followed through on all the information and steps that we needed for the entire process. He was absolutely awesome! Everything is working out well for us and I want to let Jeff know he is a wonderful man!

This was my first experience with BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton and I was tremendously impressed with their fast and friendly service. I discovered them online, so sometimes you never know what you are going to get, but this was a truly good experience for us.
They were very careful to explain all the little mortgage ins and outs and details to me, which is important when you consider all the paperwork that a mortgage entails, Their interest rate, and overall fees were very competitive with other Mortgage Brokers, and in fact, even lower than most. Also important is, that what BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton promised me, is exactly what I got. No surprises anywhere.
I highly recommend them if you need to obtain a mortgage, They are also very friendly which is nice when you think about all the various information and back and forth that goes into the whole mortgage process.

The guy I worked with at BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton took three hours to talk to me, which no banker would ever do. We ended up being friends and he helped me a lot, it was a very different experience. I went in there with a whole bunch of problems and came out with a solution. BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton did an absolutely, excellent, wonderful job for us, I can't say enough great things about them. He was so patient, kind and informative, answered all of our questions. They were very, very good and I would definitely use them again should the need arise. I've been working with BMC Mortgage and Investments on my mortgage for a while now and the individual I dealt with was alright. He was nice enough, but I felt that they weren't too open or up-front about how much they were charging for their service. I found their expenses extremely high. I thought that for a 50,000 dollar mortgage I might be paying $2-3000 a year for their services but the cost was well over 6000 a year.
I just wished they were more open and upfront. I felt like things could have been explained a little more clearly and in language that is easier to understand. If you work with them, be very sure what you're asking for and get everything out in the open to start with. They didn't tell me about the interest rate and nobody told me that a line of credit is classified as a mortgage to these people. The interest rate went from 8-12% all of a sudden and I kind of felt took. Now I'm going to try to get it paid off as fast as I can. You have to make sure you really know what's on the table. nobody told me line of credit is classified as a mortgage to these people.

I just took out my first mortgage through BMC Mortgage & Investments and was very much pleased with this experience. They're an organized, professional company, and I appreciated how friendly they were and how easy they made the process. They're professional and were happy to answer any questions that I had. Great experience! Would recommend!

BMC Mortgage & Investments arranged the internal financing on our property so we could proceed with our new home purchase. What impressed me the most about them was their friendliness--very personable--and their expediency. Jeff was very good to work with.

I wish the others would be more customer service-oriented like BMC Mortgage & Investments, because they sit down and discuss the issues with you as a team and find solutions. They are respectable to you as person all around, especially with delicate problems. They are very sensitive and work with you without insulting you, and that's the difference between them and their competitors.
We had a sticky situation and we needed to have an equity loan. The others were refusing and wouldn't even talk Canada Revenue Agency, but we sat down with BMC to find solutions. The resolution was excellent. It does take time and you can't speed up those things, but it has been excellent so far. I have no problems with them whatsoever and there are no problems referring them to other people, because I know they will be well taken care of.

Jeff at BMC Mortgage & Investments was very helpful and there for questions, e-mails and phone calls that we had for him as we were going through the process of our first mortgage. He was just always available--even after hours, which was nice. It was nice to be able to bounce questions off of him and he'd have answers for us, and the answers were really helpful. He broke it down into layman's terms and ways we could understand. The price was really good and really competitive, and everything turned out really good.

He was absolutely awesome and he got to know us as people--not just a number. Everything was all taken care of and we had no worries when we talked with him. He is just an amazing person.
My husband was ill and we had gotten behind on land taxes, so the bank sent it to a lawyer. When we went to see my bank and different financial agencies, none of them would even touch us. But we could instantly make an appointment with BMC, and we could call anytime if we had a question or problem or anything. My husband called them and had a appointment with Jeff that same day. We were just put totally at ease, and within a week and a half everything was done.
What impressed us about Jeff was that he was very timely and just so completely in tune with us. He understood where we were coming from and the difficulties we were having, and he took us when no one else would. I would definitely in a heartbeat recommend him to anybody. He is so personable, and he sees you as a human and gets to know you. Because he is very communicative, he walks you through every step and doesn't use very big words or anything we couldn't understand. If we didn't understand something, then he would clarify it.
